These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through ORI Folded Dreams (“ORI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Quotations

For customised, bespoke, or project orders, quotations are valid for 10 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are subject to confirmation of final designs, materials, specifications, quantities, finishes, and other requirements.

2. Orders & Advance Payment

Work on Made-to-Order, Custom, or Bespoke products will commence after ORI receives a technically and commercially clear order along with the applicable advance payment.

An order is considered confirmed once accepted by ORI.

3. Order Changes

Changes to a confirmed Custom, Bespoke, or project order require written confirmation from ORI.

Changes in quantity, design, dimensions, materials, finishes, or specifications may result in changes to the price and production timeline.

E-commerce cancellations are governed by our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

4. Pricing

Prices are based on the quantity, design, specifications, materials, and finishes stated at the time of purchase or in the applicable quotation.

Any subsequent changes may result in corresponding changes to the price and production timeline.

5. Ownership of Our Intellectual Property

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property created, owned, or published by ORI Folded Dreams remains the property of ORI and/or its licensors.

This includes product designs, concepts, sketches, drawings, CAD files, prototypes, specifications, manufacturing techniques, photographs, videos, graphics, website content, catalogues, logos, brand elements, product names, text, layouts, and other proprietary materials.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. No Copying, Reproduction or Commercial Use

ORI's designs, products, drawings, photographs, website content, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, adapted, reverse engineered, manufactured, distributed, published, sold, licensed, or commercially used without prior written permission from ORI.

ORI designs and concepts may not be used to create, manufacture, commission, market, or sell identical or substantially similar products.

7. Website Content & Images

All original content displayed on our website, including photographs, designs, descriptions, drawings, graphics, videos, catalogues, and other visual materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Viewing our website or purchasing an ORI product does not grant ownership or permission to reproduce or commercially use our designs or content.

8. Confidentiality of Client & Project Information

Clients may share confidential information with ORI in connection with customisedproducts, design development, manufacturing, or project execution.

ORI will take reasonable measures to protect such information and use it only for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to applicable agreements.

Confidential information may include specifications, drawings, dimensions, technical information, project details, prototypes, commercial information, and other non-public materials.

This does not apply to information that is publicly available without breach of confidentiality, was lawfully known to ORI, was independently developed, or is required to be disclosed by law.

9. Custom Designs & Ownership

Ownership and intellectual property rights relating to customised or commissioned designs will be governed by the specific quotation, purchase order, agreement, or other written terms agreed between ORI and the client.

Unless expressly transferred in writing, creating, developing, manufacturing, supplying, or selling a customised product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying design concepts, drawings, technical know-how, manufacturing methods, or intellectual property rights to the client.

10. Unauthorized Use & Legal Action

ORI reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against unauthorized copying, reproduction, imitation, misuse, or infringement of its designs, copyrighted works, or other intellectual property rights.

For highly confidential projects, ORI may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Intellectual Property Agreement.

11. Installation & Product Care

Certain ORI products may require professional installation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly installed, handled, stored, and maintained according to applicable instructions.

ORI is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, alteration, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow product-care or installation instructions, subject to applicable law.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorisedaccess, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORI's liability will be limited to losses directly attributable to ORI's acts or omissions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Force Majeure

ORI will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, severe weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, supply-chain issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Changes to These Terms

ORI may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with the updated Last Updated date.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [Vadodara, Gujarat].
